Session Cost: $210.00 ($30/class)
Individual Class: $35/class
High Performance Tennis is a program designed for junior players who are serious about their development and committed to competing at a higher level. This training is ideal for players who are currently participating in tournaments or actively preparing to do so.
Players in this program are expected to have strong fundamentals, a solid understanding of tactics, and a desire to improve their physical and mental game. Practices are focused, intense and geared toward helping athletes succeed in USTA events, school teams and beyond.
Program Highlights:
- For players actively competing or preparing for USTA, UTR, or school- level tournaments.
- Emphasis on match play, advanced technique, strategy, mental toughness, and fitness.
- Small group training with players of similar ability and drive
- Led by experienced coaches who specialize in competitive development.
This is not a recreational class. It’s designed for driven athletes who want to reach their full potential.
