This class is designed for players who are confident in their strokes, ready for faster-paced rallies, and interested in developing point-play strategies. It’s a great step for those looking to compete, join a school team, or simply play the game at a higher level.

Ball: Standard yellow tennis ball (no compression)
Court: Full size (78 feet)
Focus: Strategy, consistency and competitive play.

High Performance Tennis is a program designed for junior players who are serious about their development and committed to competing at a higher level. This training is ideal for players who are currently participating in tournaments or actively preparing to do so.
Players in this program are expected to have strong fundamentals, a solid understanding of tactics, and a desire to improve their physical and mental game. Practices are focused, intense and geared toward helping athletes succeed in USTA events, school teams and beyond.
Program Highlights:
This is not a recreational class. It’s designed for driven athletes who want to reach their full potential. If you are interested in having your child participate in the program, we require a hitting session to determine their level of play.
Classes: Monday / Wednesday 5:00 – 6:30, Match Play Friday evenings: 4:00 – 6:00
Full sessions and individual classes available.
Friday night match play is designed to help young players gain valuable match experience in a fun and supportive environment. The goal is to teach kids how to compete—without the pressure.
Matches are played in a round-robin format, giving each player the opportunity to face opponents of varying skill levels. Sometimes they’ll compete against players with more experience, and other times they’ll face less experienced opponents. This variety is an important part of the learning process, helping players build confidence, develop resilience, and improve their overall game awareness.
As players grow more comfortable and confident in match situations, we’ll encourage them to take the next step by participating in UTR/WTN events and Level 7 USTA tournaments.
